    A flat shipping fee is charged on all orders unless a promotional offer is applied. The standard shipping fee may vary based on delivery location and order weight but will always be clearly mentioned at checkout before you make your payment.

  • Free Shipping Offers:
    From time to time, we offer free shipping on selected products or orders exceeding a specific cart value. These offers are displayed on our website banners or during checkout and are automatically applied when eligible—no coupon code required.

  • Shipping Charges at Checkout:
    Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on your shipping address and cart contents and will be shown on the checkout page before completing the order.


2. Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Processing:
    Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details once your order is successfully placed.

  • Packing & Handover to Courier:
    Your order is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners within the stated processing time.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery Timeframe:
    Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

  • Delivery Partners:
    We work with reliable national and regional logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of your products.


4. Shipping Coverage

  • Delivery Locations:
    We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. If your area is non-serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

  • International Shipping:
    At present, we do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand globally soon.


5. Delays or Exceptions

  • Unexpected Delays:
    While we strive to deliver within the promised time, external factors like weather conditions, strikes, or local restrictions may cause unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

  • Incorrect Address/Non-availability:
    Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability may lead to re-delivery charges.
